Please help me, please provide me with all forms and formats of the Factory Act, 1948.

What type of form do you require? Under the Factories Act, there are various forms starting from the opening of factories until closure, and there will be little variance in form numbers. It varies from state to state, so for which state do you need the form? Nowadays, these forms are available on the respective State Labour Department websites.

This is to inform you that The Factories Act, 1948 does not provide us with forms. It is the Rules which provide us with forms; therefore, first examine which state/central Rules are applicable in your case and then go through those Factory Rules to find different forms for compliance.
