Safety Measures Taken In A Pickle Manufacturing Industry

I am Smithaa -- HR division
we get complaints from our workers that the supervisors are not considering their difficulties while working. Like if the worker handles cleaning of green chillies today,,her hands get inflammation.
so tomorrow also the same worker is given that work by the supervisor,, inspite of our directions to the supervisor to rotate the workers, he is not doing and the Management is supporting the supervisor only
so please suggest how can we relieve the pain of workers without any conflicts

By introduction i am working as a HSE Manager for one of the leading food service industry in Russia.Just found intereseted with question you asked in the forum.
You should have a overall risk assesment for your operations and based on the findings you should provide appropriate PPE if the hazard cannot me eleminated or substitute.
For your case what i understood is there is a poor managemnet control over the people.
In my openion please ensure they are wearing appropriate gloves for the task and encourage the personals to wash their hands at regular intervels which will minimize the impact.If not staff rotation is essential for this task.
