For example, if a worker handles cleaning green chillies today, her hands get inflammation. The following day, the same worker is assigned the same task by the supervisor, despite our instructions to rotate workers. The management is supporting the supervisor in this matter.

Please suggest how we can relieve the workers' pain without causing conflicts.
