Factories Rules, 1950

Hi,
Kindly, provide me the following things for knowledge enrichment:
1. Full set of Tamilnadu Factories Rules, 1950.
2. Explain me the difference of Section 64(4) (i),(ii),(iii) & (iv) and 65 (1),(2) and (3) according to Factories Act, 1948 - Working Hours inclusive of O.T
3. And also mail me the gazette notification exempting Women Employees to work during night shift.
