Seeking Clarity on Tamil Nadu Factories Rules and Night Shift Exemptions for Women

Kindly provide me with the following information for knowledge enrichment:

1. A full set of Tamil Nadu Factories Rules, 1950.
2. Explain the differences between Section 64(4) (i), (ii), (iii), and (iv) and Section 65 (1), (2), and (3) as per the Factories Act, 1948 - Working Hours inclusive of O.T.
3. Please also email me the gazette notification exempting Women Employees from working during night shifts.
