Can You Get a Labour Licence for Prohibited Jobs Under the Contract Labour Act?

Labour Licence Under Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970

Please clarify whether a Labour Licence can be obtained under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 in the case of prohibited categories of employment or not.

If the category is prohibited, then how can we consider the employment of contract labour? The Licensing Officer will not consider your application for the issuance of a license under this Act.
