Please let us know if you are receiving PF or not. Gratuity and Superannuation should also be mentioned. Additionally, are conveyance and phone reimbursable amounts on producing bills, or are they part of your cash in hand? Without these basics, it will be difficult to determine your take-home pay.

The above structure looks odd. Medical assistance - Rs. 15,000/- per annum is tax-exempt subject to the production of proof, whereas you are mentioning Rs. 25,000/- per annum. Similarly, conveyance Rs. 9,600/- per annum is tax-exempt, whereas you are mentioning Rs. 15,000/- per annum. Is it an organized sector?

I have a question regarding the distribution of percentages for Basic and HRA in different organizations. Are these percentages standardized across all organizations, or do they vary? I would appreciate it if you could provide clarification on this matter.
