Age Group- 20 yrs to 30 yrs
Target Audience- 3 males, 2 females

a) Company history, organisation chart
b) Business etiquettes
c) Body language and what is the concept of communication
d) How to use note pad and how to use various features of mobile phone
e) Telephone etiquettes/mobile phone etiquettes
f) How to grow in the career
The above topics are more than sufficient for their level.

Can you please tell us what is your objective for conducting training for office boys? It will really help us to suggest few topics.
Anyways as you have mentioned their age you can train them on following topics
1) How to attend customers/clients who comes in the office (Hospitality)
2) How to be humble with everyone, If they tend to be arrogant,
3) Filing of papers
4) cleanliness of office
