Dear , Can any body clarify the minimum wages to be paid to skill labour in Mumbai for 8 hrs duty and what is the O.T. rate beyond this 8 hrs duty and any provision of weekly off and if some one works for continue for a month on 12 hrs duty for whole month then how to calculate his monthly salary?

The announcement from the Labour Department of Delhi is applicable only in Delhi or it applies to the entire part of the country.
