Minimum Wage Update in Delhi 2011: Can Anyone Share the Official Notification?

Minimum wages have been revised on 23rd Feb 2011 and are effective from 1st Feb 2011. Is there any friend able to provide the notification from the Delhi government?

Kindly find enclosed the notification of revised rates of minimum wages effective in Delhi w.e.f. 01st Feb 2011. The same has been published in the Hindi National Daily 'Hindustan' dated 18th Mar 2011. However, the formal order signed by the Joint Labour Secretary, Delhi Govt., is still awaited, please.

Please provide me with the notification or circular from the Delhi government regarding the revised minimum wages effective from 1st February 2011.

Dear all,

Can anybody clarify the minimum wages to be paid to skilled labor in Mumbai for an 8-hour duty? What is the overtime (O.T.) rate beyond this 8-hour duty, and are there any provisions for a weekly day off? Also, if someone works continuously for a month on a 12-hour duty every day, how should their monthly salary be calculated?

The announcement from the Labour Department of Delhi is applicable only in Delhi, or does it apply to the entire country? Please clarify.
