Struggling to Submit PF & ESIC Monthly Challans? Seeking Advice on Overcoming Bank Hurdles

Issue with PF and ESIC Challan Submission

Our office is located in Janakpuri, New Delhi, and we have one PF and one ESIC main code (Delhi) along with three sub-codes (Punjab, Haryana, Gr. Noida/UP) for the past three years. We are currently facing a problem when submitting the monthly Challan for PF and ESIC at the State Bank of India. Branches in Tilak Nagar, District Centre Janakpuri, Maya Puri, and other branches are not accepting our PF Challan. One branch officer directs us to another branch for submission, and no one is accepting the PF and ESIC monthly Challan. Last month, we faced a similar issue and had to request the branch manager multiple times before we could submit the Challan after the due date.

Please suggest how we can deposit the monthly contribution for PF and ESIC for our employees.

What reasons are they providing you with for not accepting the challans? Please provide us with all the reasons so that we can offer you suggestions.

What I understood from your query is that the SBI people are not accepting your PF Challan for other District/State Code (you hold various PF registrations in Punjab, Haryana & UP) remittance. Please use the help from the concerned area of your branch office. You prepare the PF Challan and instruct them to remit the challan money and ask them to submit the same to the respective PF Office. It can be completed in 2 days from the concerned office. The branch offices available can scan the document and forward the same to you for your documentation purposes.
