Struggling to Submit PF & ESIC Monthly Challans? Seeking Advice on Overcoming Bank Hurdles

Hi Seniors,
Our Office in Janakpuri New Delhi & We have One PF & One ESIC Main code (DELHI) & Three Sub Code (Punjab, Haryana, Gr. Noida/UP) from last Three year. Now we are facing problem when we have submitted the monthly Challan of P.F. & ESIC Challan in State Bank of India. Tilak Nagar, Distt. Centre Janak Puri, Maya Puri & Other Branches of State Bank of India not depositing our pf Challan. One Branch Officer sending to Other Branch for Submitting of Challan No one is accepting PF & ESIC Monthly Challan. Last month also we faced such problem & we requested to Branch manager many time than we submitted the challan after due Date.
Please suggest How can we Deposit Monthly Contribution of P.F. & ESIC of our Employee's?

Please suggest how we can deposit the monthly contribution of P.F. and ESIC for our employees?

What reasons are they providing you with for not accepting the challans? Please provide us with all the reasons so that we can offer you suggestions.

What I understood from your query is that the SBI people are not accepting your PF Challan for other District/State Code (you hold various PF registrations in Punjab, Haryana & UP) remittance. Please use the help from the concerned area of your branch office. You prepare the PF Challan and instruct them to remit the challan money and ask them to submit the same to the respective PF Office. It can be completed in 2 days from the concerned office. The branch offices available can scan the document and forward the same to you for your documentation purposes.
