Hi Sajith, this is Prashant from Pune. I feel there is no need for any specific format. Just decide on what things you want to present to management, and based on that, you can prepare a format. Here, I am giving you some hints:
1. Monthly HR Recruitment status (Planned vs Actual)
2. Monthly statutory processes and their status (PF/ESIC Challan submissions, etc.)
3. Admin Expenses/Issues if any
4. New amendments in HR policy if any
5. You can highlight some key achievements during the month.
