I have to prepare a quarterly performance review format. Depending on which our employees will be getting incentives as it is a web development company. As their level will be decided every quarter end . Please go though the format i prepared and give me suggestions if any modification required.
What i have done so far is
1) Discussed the KRAs with the senior person of particular position on which the performance will be reviewed
2)Now I want to put some lines which can judge their co-ordination within the team and his overall behavior ( As its very common here that i get complaint about team members by each other) Please suggest with some more points if i can add
