I work as an Asst. Manager - HR in insurance company.
Recently I have received an letter from one of the employee's wife. He recently got married on 16th Jan 2011.
His wife had courier a letter about his husband (who is employed with us) about his bad behavior .
She mentioned in letter that his husband and other family members started hitting and abusing him from 3rd day of there marriage for dowry and he also have some mental issues and drug addicted. She also had filled 498 Dowry case against him
Many other things about his husband was mentioned in the letter, which can force anyone to think about the human behavior
I believe such employee is not good fit in organization.
Please advise should our management take any action against him?
