Urgent Help Needed: What Forms and Registers Are Required Under Tamil Nadu Factory Rules?

I am new to this forum. I need the detailed checklist on the forms and registers to be maintained under the Factories Act 1948 (Amendment Act 1987) and Tamil Nadu Factory Rules, 1950. All returns, registers, forms to be maintained at a factory situated in Tamil Nadu. Can anyone please help me with the format of forms/registers? It is an urgent need. I can only help you partially with the list of all forms to be maintained as per the Act and TN Rules. The Excel file also carries a separate tab on the Contract Labor Act.
