The company has the right to withdraw any benefits and special allowances given to its employees. They cannot reduce your Basic Salary or DA. However, other allowances can be curtailed, withdrawn, reduced, or enhanced at the discretion of Management and the financial conditions of the company.

I have received a letter from the Chief Labour Commissioner, New Delhi, addressed to Adl. Labour Commissioners for the payment of wages through bank accounts to employees.

In light of my above attachment, please let me know whether the Central Chief Labour Commissioner is authorized to direct for making payments through cheque/bank account in the near future or if an amendment is required in the Payment of Wages Act 1936.
