- The business requirements of the training/travel and every detail including the start date, end date, program details, certification, etc.
- The total cost incurred and to be covered in the agreement
- Duration for which this agreement would be valid
- Define the standards and non-adherence
- The resulting actions to be initiated on such non-adherence
- The escalation matrix to be followed in case of non-adherence
- Consult the legal advisor on the draft that you prepare.
- Communicate extensively with the employees, leaving no room for doubt.
- Please do offer the option of not agreeing to sign the agreement, but that may amount to discontinuity in the employment with the firm.
