Can anyone provide me with a draft of a surety bond to be executed between an employee and an employer in case the employer is sending employees for further training at a training institute?

- The business requirements of the training/travel and every detail including the start date, end date, program details, certification, etc.
- The total cost incurred and to be covered in the agreement
- Duration for which this agreement would be valid
- Define the standards and non-adherence
- The resulting actions to be initiated on such non-adherence
- The escalation matrix to be followed in case of non-adherence
- Consult the legal advisor on the draft that you prepare.
- Communicate extensively with the employees, leaving no room for doubt.

The best way to implement a training bond between an employer and an employee is to motivate them by providing good training for Service Management or Behavioral Training. After receiving these trainings, they feel motivated towards their quality of work.
