Seeking Advice on Crafting and Analyzing a Vendor Satisfaction Survey for Compressor Manufacturing

I would like to carry out the vendor satisfaction survey. I am heading the supply chain, and we manufacture compressors for critical applications. Vendor support is very important for our company. Can anybody suggest a suitable questionnaire and also how to analyze the data received from such a questionnaire?

Dear Abhay,

The No. 1 satisfier for vendors is their timely payment. If timeliness is not there, then nothing is important for them. However, this is only one of the reasons. There are a few other ways to measure vendor satisfaction.

I conduct training programs on buyer-supplier relationships or Vendor Development. Just recently, I conducted a training program for a major automotive company, where we reserved about half a day for discussing buyer-supplier relationships.
