Vendor Satisfaction Survey

Dear All,
I would like to carry out the vendor satisfaction survey. I am heading supply chain and we manufacture compressors for critical applications. Vendors support is very important for our company.
Can any body suggest me a sutable questionnair and also to analysis data received from such questionnair ?

Dear Abhay,
The No 1 satisfier for vendors is their timely payment. If timeliness is not there then nothing is important for them.
However, this is only one of the reasons. There are few other ways to measure vendor satisfaction.
I conduct training programme on buyer-supplier relationship or Vendor Development. Just recently I had conducted the training programme for one major automotive company wherein we had reserved about half day for discussing buyer-supplier relationship.
