Need Help Finding the Rajasthan Gazette Notification on Minimum Wages from 2011?

Please provide me a copy of the Rajasthan Gazette Notification regarding minimum wages effective from 1-1-2011 in the English language.

Please provide me with a copy of the minimum wages for construction laborers' latest notification effective from January 1, 2011, in Rajasthan.

Or

Please provide me with a copy of the Rajasthan Gazette Notification regarding minimum wages effective from January 1, 2011, in the English language.

It seems that the Government of Rajasthan is not issuing notifications in English. The Labour Department site is also providing us with the minimum rates of wages notification in Hindi only. Therefore, it would be better to contact your area labour office to verify this fact.
