Struggling with Missing ESI and PF Benefits at My BPO Job – What Can I Do?

My company is not providing facilities like ESI and PF.

Company Profile:
B.P.O. based company. Current employees in the company are 1000. The company has more than 10 processes like Vodafone and Sun DTH.

What can I do to get ESI & PF?

You can approach the Area Enforcement Officer of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation and the Social Security Officer of the ESI Corporation for help. If your pay is centrally processed, you may have to bring the matter to the notice of the officers at the place where the pay is processed.

The official websites also contain links where employees, trade unions, etc., can provide information about the non-implementation or coverage of an establishment.
