Hi Sandip,
For registering your contract labours, you can get a single Reg. certificate. But need to specify the work location in the Form I. But for licence, each location has to be taken.
But yet again its at the dicretion of the labour dept. on single RC, if he insist to get multiple RC for all location, then you need to get separately.

Hi Raja,
If your all works comes under the jurisdiction of one ALC then indicate/write the works in Application (Form I) or if it was not decided at the time of application you can amend the registration by writing a letter afterwards. Here one registration can be valid.
But if you work is in different area/ in the jurisdiction of another ALC you will have to obtain the separate registration certificate.
If have any quarry feel free to contact.
