Company Outing

Hi All!!
M suppose to take my company for an outing for a day or may be 1 n 1/2 day through and fare.Please suggest some place for such outing which is full of fun and entertainment instead of sitting back in luxuries

Select some historical and tourist place which is nearer to your office locality and take all the employees with their families.
Make adequate arrangement for Breakfast, snacks, Lunch, evening tea and tiffin and finally you can give pack dinner on completion of the travel and drop them in their home
Give some gifts to all the kids as per their age groups. conduct some funny games and award some gifts to winning family. Please ensure that almost all the families are getting some gifts.

U can hire a resort and maybe hire a event manager to organise games etc. and also Lunch or Dinner.
I dont have much knowledge of Noida was trying to look at some place on Google maps but didnt help much.

You are near Delhi and asking for some place.
Have you ever visited Sohna Hot water fountain near Gurgaon.
Near Okhla, You can visit Kalindi Kunj
You can take a boating at Suraj Kund
and Open up your eyes. you can see a lot much place in and around Delhi
Start your Bus at 7.30 from pick up point reach the Lodhi Garden Organise the Breakfast for staff and their families arrange some game upto 11:00 AM. Plan for Red Fort visit and from their take them to a good restaurent (Book in advance with No of person and Timing at the hotel). After lunch take them to Suraj Kund for boating and After a High Tea on enroute take them to Kalindi Kunj a well maintained park by Irrigation Department at about evening time. Then take them to their home after serving the pack dinner to everybody.
Have a great fun
If it is in February Moghul Gardens at Rashtrapati Bhavan will be kept open for visiters. You can also make use of that.

But m looking for some place which could be at some distance from Delhi, could be returned back next day evening like last year we were in rishikesh,. so kindly suggest something like dat....

You can take them to Shimla, Nainital, Kulu Manali, Jaipur, Agra, Brindavan, Fatehpur sigri, Udaipur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Khajurahoo, etc.
