Planning a Fun Company Outing: Any Suggestions for Exciting Destinations?

hr.sharma
Hi all! I'm supposed to take my company for an outing for a day or maybe 1 1/2 days, including both travel and fare. Please suggest some places for such an outing that are full of fun and entertainment, rather than just sitting back in luxury.

Dear Sharma, please select some historical and tourist places that are near your office locality and take all the employees with their families. Make adequate arrangements for breakfast, snacks, lunch, evening tea, and tiffin. Finally, you can provide packed dinner upon completion of the travel and drop them off at their homes.

Give some gifts to all the kids according to their age groups. Conduct some fun games and award gifts to the winning family. Please ensure that almost all the families receive some gifts.

With warm regards,

You can hire a resort and maybe hire an event manager to organize games, etc., as well as lunch or dinner. I don't have much knowledge of Noida; I was trying to look for some places on Google Maps but didn't find much help.

Have you ever visited the Sohna Hot Water Fountain near Gurgaon? Near Okhla, you can visit Kalindi Kunj. You can enjoy boating at Suraj Kund, and if you open your eyes, you'll see a lot of places in and around Delhi.

Day Outing Plan

Start your bus at 7:30 AM from the pick-up point and reach Lodhi Garden. Organize breakfast for staff and their families, and arrange some games until 11:00 AM. Plan for a visit to the Red Fort, and from there, take them to a good restaurant (book in advance with the number of people and timing at the hotel). After lunch, take them to Suraj Kund for boating, and after a high tea en route, take them to Kalindi Kunj, a well-maintained park by the Irrigation Department, around evening time. Then take them home after serving a packed dinner to everybody. Have a great time!

If it is in February, the Mughal Gardens at Rashtrapati Bhavan will be open for visitors. You can also make use of that.

Thank you, guys. I am looking for a place that is a bit far from Delhi, where we can return the next evening. Last year, we were in Rishikesh. Please suggest something similar.

You can take them to Shimla, Nainital, Kullu Manali, Jaipur, Agra, Brindavan, Fatehpur Sikri, Udaipur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Khajuraho, etc.
