What is the best salary structure for this CTC? Please note that we are based in Coimbatore and conducting this study for academic purposes. Hi Mani,

I'm afraid this information might not be accurate. Salary is determined by various parameters such as:

1. Basic education degree/diploma and/or college, whether it's Tier I or Tier II (i.e., if it's from an IIT or non-IIT background).
2. Relevant experience.
3. Rarity of the skill - market rates for that particular skill.
4. Other benefits such as ESOP, bonus, onsite opportunities, etc.

No doubt the data is useful, but what are the basis/parameters of the data? Without them, the data is difficult to compare.
