3. Is the PMS process biased or unbiased?
4. Is the PMS process effective?
5. Are training needs identified through PMS?

Hi, I am a BBA student and I am working on a project about the PMS system of OCL. I want to conduct a comparative study of OCL's PMS system with that of some other industries to prepare a report. However, I am struggling to decide on what to include in this regard. OCL is utilizing a Balanced Scorecard form of appraisal system. Could you please suggest what I should include?
