1. Is the PMS system in the organizaion transparent
2. Are the employees of the organization happy with PMS Process
3. Is PMS process biased or unbiased
4. Is the PMS process effective
5. Are training needs identified through PMS
6. Are trainings conducted and trainings conducted through TNI from PMS...
hiiii i m a BBA student and m doing a project on PMS system of OCL..I wanna to make a comparitive study of OCL'S PMS SYSTEM wid some other industries pms system to prepare a report...I i am not able to decide what to include in this regard...ocl S USING A BALANCE SCORE CARD FORM OF APPRAISL SYSTEM....can u plzz suggest me
