I basically wanted to create a recruitment poster that can attract freshers (that's why for commuters & Passerby). The poster should depict freshers interested in a career in the restaurant industry.

Everyone would have noticed a trend among BPOs and other firms where attrition is high. They make tall claims, making the job seem like a vacation or an unrealistic career path, etc., in their hiring ads. Few among you would be aware that such ads are not consistent with the Advertising Standards Council of India's code.
