Dear Mr. Dipil,

Thank you for your immediate response. I have already found your post, but it seems to be at an advanced level. I will make use of it later. Initially, I require a basic display board that resembles a calendar. The accident-free days will be marked, and details of incidents/accidents will be listed in the bottom portion of the board. I hope you now understand what I actually need.

Regards,
Sundar

Dear Sundar,

We use the same Daily Accident/Incident update display Board in our site its include monthly calendar, accident free days have been marked and type of incidents/accidents have been mentioned in the bottom portion of the board. Due to army rule we can't take picture of this board. If I get permission to take picture I will share the same. . .I will catch u soon with picture. . .

Hi,

You can develop a site safety cross wherein there are 30 or 31 squares depending on the month. You color code each type of incident, i.e., near miss, first aid, LTA, etc., and mark accordingly every day. Display it at a prominent location in the factory where all employees can view it. This will improve visibility and awareness among the employees.
