Dear Sunda, just go through the below thread: https://www.citehr.com/302925-safety...#axzz1BTh75Fng. Let us know if you were searching for something like this...

Thank you for your immediate response. I have already found your post, but it seems to be at an advanced level. I will make use of it later. Initially, I require a basic display board that resembles a calendar. The accident-free days will be marked, and details of incidents/accidents will be listed in the bottom portion of the board. I hope you now understand what I actually need.

Sundar

We use the same Daily Accident/Incident Update Display Board at our site. It includes a monthly calendar, with accident-free days marked, and the types of incidents/accidents mentioned at the bottom portion of the board. Due to army regulations, we can't take a picture of this board. If I get permission to take a picture, I will share it. I will catch up with you soon with a picture.

Hi, you can develop a site safety cross with 30 or 31 squares, depending on the month. You color-code each type of incident, such as near miss, first aid, LTA, etc., and mark them accordingly every day. Display it at a prominent location in the factory where all employees can view it. This will improve visibility and awareness among the employees.
