Understanding Leave Procedures in the Labour Act: Can Anyone Clarify This for Me?

I want to know what the leave procedure is in the Labour Act. Can anybody help me?

You may go through the Factories Act 1948 regarding the Leave rules of the workman. Most companies frame their own leave rules, which should not be less favorable than the rules of the Factories Act either through settlement or the management's decision. Leave rules may differ for executives and workmen based on management policy.
