Planning To Start A Manpower Consultancy, How To Approach HR Of The Companies

Hi,
I am planning to start a manpower consultancty, i have exp. in recruitment and have good database of candidates, but the most important part of the business is client acquisiton, and i need some info. on that, how to approach an HR, what they look out for in a new agency and what they require from our side, do we have to offer some percentage from our profit to HRs also.
I would greatly appreciate any kind of help in this matter.
Also, tell me among sole proprietorship and pvt. ltd. which type of structure of company is better for consultancy business.

Hi,
It is a good idea to start a consultancy and you can source the companies from a lot of websites and portals.
For example,
Consider that a company posted their requirements in a website for a software developer.
So you can approach the concern stating that you have good no. of profiles of s/w developers& you can able to to provide some good experienced candidates.Keep it in mind that it is easy to get the requirements from the concern but it is hard & tough to satisfy the client by providing the right candidate.
