Instead of being Master of none and jack of all please concentrate any one discipline at a time and after acquiring sufficient knowledge in that field spread your hands to next discipline. Like this widen up your area of work.
You are telling you have 8 years of experience in Admin Activities. What are those? First list them out one by one. It may come in the purview of Facilities, Admin, IR or HR whateve it may be please concentrate in the line.
