I've completed my PGDM in HR. I am currently working as an Executive in Recruitment for a company. Could you suggest any courses that would add value to my qualifications? As per my belief, if you have completed a PGDBM in HR, then I suggest that you continue with your career right now, gain experience in it, and then consider opting for SAP - HR or a Ph.D. in HR. However, if you have decided to pursue further studies alongside your job, I would recommend the following courses. You will need to search for universities offering these courses:

You may join the MBA (HR) program with IGNOU. You will have to clear the IGNOU OPENMAT exam first.
