Factory Act - How many returns to submit in One Year and which document need to enclosed?

Factories Act, 1948 is a central Act which does not provide any formats. Forms are provided by applicable Rules (central or state). First decide which Rules are applicable in your case & then go through those Rules to have forms.

Please let me know about the Returns of Factory Act, and other factory related act which we need to submit for MP ?
How many return submit in One Year and which document need to encolsed with Returns.(Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly).
Also let me know the last date to submit the return.
