Building Rapport Fast: What Techniques Have Worked for You in Sales?

ramanarg
My dear friends, I am attaching another interesting PPT on how to build rapport with people quickly and effectively. Most of the techniques explained in the slides are being practiced by me and my friends, and they are found to be working well.

This presentation will be very helpful for all my friends in this forum, especially for my friends in the sales profession.

As usual, I want your comments so that I can improve my presentation.

With warm regards,
R. Ganesh

It will be really helpful for building a good rapport, especially for people like us who need to have a strong rapport to solve the IR issues. Your presentation was truly wonderful. I am eagerly looking forward to your Aura ppt posting.

The photography behind the messages is so powerful in your presentation that it makes it easy to understand the message.

A very nice PowerPoint presentation on rapport building with cute birds in the background. However, please avoid using all caps in the future as they can be irritating to read.

Good presentation from you. I will circulate the same with my colleagues for their benefit to make a "Buy-In" with their departmental counterparts. My team, many times, is at odds with different departments. This presentation will definitely help them.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful PPT. Especially for people like us who are introverted and don't know how to communicate effectively but are truly eager to connect with others, we are very grateful to you.

Thank you,
Trupti.

This is an excellent resource and most useful to me as we are planning a team retreat for next week. I will certainly share this with my colleagues. Thank you, Ganesh.

And I have always told people about aura, but I have not had the opportunity to read any piece on it, so I will be eagerly awaiting the posting on aura! Greetings from Nigeria!

Thank you, my friend. The slides depict what has been practiced by me. Aura is nothing but an energy field around our body that can be filled up with suitable emotions while interacting with people (one-to-one or to a group). I am simplifying this subject and preparing the slides, which takes some time. Soon, I will post the same to you all.

All the best to our team retreat.

R. Ganesh

Hi there, I enjoyed your presentation, although I thought some of your slides were too busy and difficult to read. You make a lot of references to talking skills; perhaps a couple of slides on listening skills will enhance your presentation. To build any rapport, we need to learn to "listen with an intent to understand, rather than listening with an intent to reply."
