New HR Consultant Seeking Help to Draft Client-Consultancy Recruitment Agreement

Hi! I am an HR Consultant, very new to the organization. I am working in an HR consultancy. I have been asked to prepare an agreement that can be used between the Client and Consultancy for recruitment purposes. Can someone please help me with this?
