Hi all, can anyone tell me the salary breakup for laborers who have salaries of 8,500, 11,500, 10,000, 7,500, and 7,000 per month? For staff with salaries of 10,000, 23,000, and 30,000 per month, what will be the PF, ESI, and PT deductions for the mentioned salaries?

I have recently joined a company that specializes in excavation work. They are in the process of introducing an HR department, and I am a fresher in this field.

I am curious about the leave policy for both laborers and staff members since currently, everyone is on daily wages, and their salary is deducted for any days they are absent. How many holidays should be allotted to them?

I am working in Mumbai. My company is a private company under the Shops and Establishment Act, and we are involved in excavation. We have JCB operators and Poclain supervisors. Could you please provide me with the salary breakdown? Also, can you inform me if ESI (Employee State Insurance) applies to my company? We have a PF number.
