I am providing below a brief outline of the role of ASM in the Pharma Industry.

ASM is in charge of the territory, and under him, there are 4-5 medical representatives. He is responsible for the performance of the territory as well as his team. His main roles are as follows:

4. Company's representative at the HQ
5. Exploring new territories
6. Motivator
7. Customer relationship builder
8. Brand builder
