How i will get the list of required documents for the grant of extension of exemption from the provisions of EDLI Scheme U/S 17(2A) of the EPF & MP Act, 1952-reg

In case you are seeking exemption from PF department, you should ask the regional PF office for the list of requisite department.

Rightly quoted, firstly you have to make an application to regional PF Commissioner for exemption. Secondly once get exemption, in consultaion with Regional PF commissioner, contact eligible Insurance companies for further process.

If you are providing better scheme than EDLIS you can produce the same reason and get exemption from PF Commissioner. You can approach LIC for better schemes
