Dear Krish, instead of remaining a third party and then issuing an assurance letter, it is better for the company to enter into an agreement with the landlord for the occupation of their property. Later, the company can allot the accommodation to its employees. For this allotment, the company can issue a separate letter stating the terms and conditions for the occupation of company-hired accommodation.
