Need Format For Assurance Letter To Landlord By Company

Hi,
We have to issue a letter to landlord stating that rent will be paid by comapny on employee behalf.
Can anyone help me by sending the format of letter urgently?

Dear Krish,
Instead of remaining as third party and then issuing some assurance letter, it is better for company to enter into agreement with the landlord for the occupation of his/her property. Later company can allot the accommodation to the company employees. For this allotment, company can issue separate letter stating the terms and conditions for the occupation of company-hired accommodation.

Will the agreement format be the same while leasing out the premises to a company for accommodating its employees. Please share a format of agreement.
