This hr executive i want to know what are the forms used in registration and renewal of shops and establishment and i want to know the complete detail about the shops and establishment.

Shops & Establishment Act is a State Act & therefore first examine which of the state Act is applicable in your case & then go through the Act & Rules to know the procedure as laid down in that Act & Rules.

What documents has to submitt in Labour Deptt. for Shops & Establishment Certificate in Rajasthan State.

The normal docs which are used for new registration are as under,
1) Application with signature of the owner / authorized person
2) Address Proof
3) Property tax receipt
4) MOA of the company
5) List of the employees
6) Bills of the transaction proves urs business

for Shops & Estt. Forms,
Form A = for new registration
Form B = for renewal licences.
Form E = for changes in Form A like Add, Proprietor, No. of Employees, etc
