Documents Required for New Registration

The normal documents used for new registration are as follows:

1. Application with the signature of the owner/authorized person.
2. Address Proof.
3. Property tax receipt.
4. MOA of the company.
5. List of the employees.
6. Bills of the transaction to prove your business.

Forms for Shops & Establishments

- Form A: For new registration
- Form B: For renewal of licenses
- Form E: For changes in Form A, such as adding or changing proprietorship, updating the number of employees, etc.
