Naukri CV Downloads: Why Are Key Details Missing and How Can We Fix It?

I frequently use Naukri to download CVs in Excel (after saving them to a folder). Earlier, there were many details like CTC and email id, but now none of those are available. The total number of columns was more than 20, and currently, only 6-7 columns are visible. Can anyone suggest if we need to adjust some settings or if these changes have been made by Naukri staff?
