Confused About Shop and Establishment License Fees? Let's Discuss the Unexpected Charges

Hello Friends,

I have just renewed my license for shop and establishment for three years. What amazed me is the fee structure. I paid Rs. 1080 for the license fees and Rs. 3240 for Trade refuse charges. I fail to understand that. Also, when I asked one of them, he said it is the charge for the garbage, which even amazed me more. Can anybody tell me more about this?
