Dear Mr. Das,
Here I would like to share my view that u have to apply for transfer of your EPS amount in PF code number ( in your present pf number) by filling form 13, after the discussion of dealing person in concerned RPFC and mentioned the all incident with a covering letter on this form 13, and at the age of 50 years you can apply for reduce pension...
You can get only one pension from RPFC you can't apply for two pension as per your employment..........

Dear Subramanyam,
Generally the EPF office takes 45 - 60 days to transfer the PF account. In stray cases the period extends to 120 days.

Dear Mr.Das,
Pension is paid based on the last drawn wages (Basic + DA) but the wage ceiling under the act is currently Rs.6500/-.
The pension is a consolidated amount and does not include any allowances such as DA as it is applicable for Government pensioners.
Trust the matter is clear

Dear Mr M.V.Kannan,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Of course the matter is clear now. But one more query is knocking, please advise if the maximum Pension payable to private co's pensioners is Rs 6500/- then there must be some fixed minimum amount also. What is that ?
Awating your reply.
Best regards

But, I feel that Mr.Abbas who is very much conversant with the PF & Pension schemes will be able to throw some light almost immediately.
