Subject - Train The Trainer Program (TTT)

Hi All,
My name is Naghma Perveen.I am a certified soft skills and communication trainer(attended TTT).I have learnt many things during TTT but this was only my trainer's effort what the organizers has promised never got fulfilled.These kind of certifications do not really make any sense to me now.I just want to make other aspiring trainers aware that please enquire properly before you enroll yourself into such trainings.There are few organizations conducting TTT(Train The Trainer) program and making false promises to the candiates that they will give them deployment but it really does not happen.At the end of the day the candidates are ending up paying huge amount to these organizations and wait for months to get deployed because when they show TTT certificates to the other organisations they hardly consider it.So, it's my request to the organisations who are conducting such things,please fulfill your committments and maintain the professionalism, otherwise don't do it.I'm sorry if it hurts someone but that is the fact.

If its true that you were helped immensely by your trainer. so your criticism about the t3 programs is overshadowing that quality of that trainer. I would request you to please name the trainer and kindly get in touch with us in case you are seeking work because we too are hunting good trainers for our upcoming projects.

I am Bhawna,I am a HR Professional.Currently working as a recruiter for the past 8 months.I want to step into the training industry as a soft skill trainer. I have been trying to get a break into this industry for a very long time,but my efforts didn't pay.Please suggest me how to do the same what all certification do i require.What all are the stepping stones to move towards this line.Or suggest any institution that could provide me such certification.
