Help Need In Selecting A University

I am a Post Graduate in HR from UNIVERSITY OF KERALA, with 1 year experience in RECRUITMENT. Currently I am in UAE, I am planning to do a course in HR Generalist through Distance Education. Please suggest me a good university.

There are numerous universities offering Distance MBA in India as well as abroad
You should be cautious and intelligent enough to select the best one.
I would suggest IGNOU as one of a the best universities where distance programs are offered. The certification from IGNOU is recognized by entire industry fraternity in India (Government and Non Government)
There are study centers in UAE , who have partnered with IGNOU (Link Provided)

IGNOU will be the best option, currently I am mumbai and persuing MBA from IGNOU.
One of friend is shifting to france next june, she is getting full support from authorities to continue her stdies there.
