How Do You Write a Termination Letter for Uninformed Absence Over 5 Days?

Hi all,

Please provide me with the termination letter format for a situation where an employee is terminated from the service due to absence from the organization without informing the concerned department or manager for more than 5 days.

Here, I am attaching the unauthorized absence notice for your reference. There are three letters - three different notices.

Directly, you cannot terminate for unauthorized absenteeism for more than 5 days. For more than 10 days only, you can terminate with proper charges by issuing a charge sheet, conducting an enquiry, and then proceeding with termination.
