Hi all
Please provide me Termination letter format , where an employee is terminated from the service due to absence to the organisation without informing the concerned depatment or manager for more than 5 days

Directly you cannot terminate for un authorized absenteeism for more than 5 days.
for more than 10 days only you can terminate with proper charges by issuing chargesheet, enquiry and termination.
