a/ If an employee is terminated by an email from a superior officer and not the HR directly is this still ligitimate?
b/ Is there a physical termination letter required in this case?
c/ Does the employee get a chance to reason his termination from the company.
d/ Can an employee put a stay to his termination status from the company?
e/ Are there specefic rules to terminate employees working for/in a Section 25 company?
