- To what extent does another company view your job as important?
- Were there any changes that influenced your decision to resign?
- What were some of the frustrations you encountered in carrying out your job responsibilities?
- Were there any factors that led to a change in your decision to resign?
- Did any training sessions help you?

I am currently employed in a company, and I believe these points are areas where HR professionals would focus to retain employees by addressing their concerns about leaving the company.
