Strong reason to relieve - present company says that there is 3 month notice period

I am presently working in a company and i got a offer in new company. the company said that you should join with in the month. but the offer letter of present company says that there is 3 month notice period. how to relieve from the present company with in one month.

If you wanna join a new company within a month so you can say your new company, they are buy your notice period. It mean, your new employer pay your 2 month salary to present employer.

Discuss with your present HR about your situation. If they are willing you can pay the money ( to relieve after 1 month ) to them . On the other hand, please discuss with your future HR , and try to get some more time to join with them .
