Employee engagement means organizing welfare activities for your employees like annual picnics, annual day celebrations, monthly get-togethers, sending-off parties, cultural events in view of festivals, etc.

Employee Relations means having good relations with your employees, handling employee grievances, taking the opinions of your employees in every aspect, and solving queries of your employees.
