The Companies Act, 1956

can anybody give me the details in easy language, what all facilities do the company has to give its employees under THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956?

As such the Companies Act does not prescribe any facilities that the Company has to provide to the employees.
All these details are precribed under the labour and industrial laws like Factories Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.

such vast provisions would be immaterial even if these are provided u over this forum, it will take a long time tob read even, i want to suggest u to peruse these act from the books of industrial relations such as Chhabra & Suri, it will be great for u if u entreperate the act urself and then discuss it with us and other expert around u,
