The information supplied by you cannot be considered updated as you have not taken into consideration the various amendments that have already been made to several labor laws, such as the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, The Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, and The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, among others. Therefore, please review the different amendments to rectify this attachment.

Repeated Posting of Labor Laws

The labor laws are already posted on this site. Why are they being posted again and again?

I think this is a comprehensive summary of Labour Laws, although, as stated above, it needs to be updated. Is there any published book on this sort of compilation? I think that would be a useful tool for all HR professionals. If there is a book, please provide details.

Hi friends, it's a helpful document but needs to be updated as stated above. For example, the minimum coverage amount for employees under ESI has been extended from Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000.
