Seeking Movie Suggestions for New Joiners: Team Building and Motivation Films?

Can anyone suggest some good movies for the induction of new joiners? Perhaps a movie on team building, motivation, or any corporate soft skill movie? Some suggestions were "Pursuit of Happiness" or "Cast Away." It could be any English Hollywood movie or some corporate soft skills movie. Please suggest.

Dear Mansi,

Rather than showing movie clips from Hollywood or Bollywood, I would recommend showing clips of your company staff. Showcase how they work in teams, how clients benefit, etc. Clips could also focus on innovation.

This approach will motivate your staff more and make them feel valued. It will also inspire your existing staff, showing them that they are important.

You can include the following movies: Peaceful Warrior, The Song of the Sparrow, Invictus, Behind Enemy Lines.

One can use Aamir Khan's Lagaan. This film is the best example of team building, delegation, and other management fundamentals.

You can also make a movie of your company for new joiners. You can include details of your business, messages from your CEO/MD, key people, and inspirational achievements, etc.

I agree with Mr. Dinesh Diwaker. You can have a movie with your staff, which will serve a dual purpose of motivating both new and old staff. Have a nice day.
