Movie During Induction

Can any1 suggest some good movie for during induction of new joinees . Some movie on Team Building, Motivation... or any corporate soft skill movie ?
Some suggestions were like Pursuit of Happiness , Cast Away... it cud be any english Hollywood movie or some corporate softskill movie..
Please suggest.

Rather than showing movie clips from Hollywood or Bollywood I would rather recommend you showing clips from your of your company staffs. How they worked in team, how the client got benefited etc. Clip could be on innovation also.
It will motivate your staff more. It will also motivate your existing staffs as they feel that they are given due importance.

You can include the following movies-
Peaceful Warrior, The Song of the Sparrow, Invictus, Behind Enemy Lines.

One can use Aamir Khan's Lagaan. This film is a best example of team building, delegation and other management fundas.

You can also make a movie of your copmany for new joinees. You can have detail of your business, message of your CEO/MD and key people and inspirational stuff of achievement etc.
