Need Help Understanding the Shops and Establishments Act for New Branch Setup?

Could anyone provide the abstracts of the Shops and Establishments Act? I am working as an HR Associate, and my company is planning to open a new branch. Please provide the abstracts as soon as possible for my reference.

Therefore, first, determine which State Shops Act and Rules are applicable to you, and then review those Acts and Rules to find the abstract of them. Generally, abstracts of the Acts and Rules are not typically included in these legislations. It is necessary to display the abstracts of the Act and Rules at the premises where the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Factories Act, etc., are applicable to the unit.
